In May, the Arizona Corporation Commission expressed a desire to receive and consider comments from any and all interested parties regarding further exploration of deregulation (also known as retail electric competition) in Arizona.
The Commission is currently exploring deregulation under Generic Docket No.: E-OOOOOW-13-0135 and plans consider it in an upcoming Open Meeting.
